Inventories

Over the centuries, a number of inventories of the Uppsala University Coin Cabinet were produced, where the collections are listed.

Some of the inventories are rather summary while others provide more detailed information. At any rate, they allow for a review of the collections development. Thanks to the inventories, it is often possible to trace the provenances of individual items and to show the different ordering principles that were prevalent during previous centuries.

All inventories are digitized and made avialable through www.alvin-portal.org, the Swedish cultural heritage platform. The following inventories are already available:
